Compensation

The ºìÌÒÊÓÆµ's compensation program is intended to provide competitive, fair, and equitable salaries and benefits to attract, retain, and engage highly qualified administrators and staff. To this end, the ºìÌÒÊÓÆµ will:

  • Provide salary opportunities that are based on job responsibilities, competitive within the markets in which the ºìÌÒÊÓÆµ competes for talent and promote internal equity with jobs across campus that have similar duties, with consideration for the financial resources of the ºìÌÒÊÓÆµ
  • Recognize and reward expertise, sustained contributions, and performance
  • Ensure understanding of the compensation program through open, clear, and accessible communication and continued employee training on key components of the program
